Implant Supported Dentures: Our Appointment Process

Consultation
The All-On-4 or All-On-6 implant process begins with an in-depth examination of your oral cavity, Xray, and a thorough discussion of the expectations around

Implant Placement Surgery
Based on the amount of implants, small posts or abutments are be placed into your bottom or top jawbone. Think of these posts as “structural anchors” for your dentures, where temporary teeth or permanent teeth are secured onto the posts upon placement.

Permanent Bridge Placement
Roughly 3 months later, you’ll be asked to return to our office (once your mouth has adapted and integrated to the implants) where you’ll receive a fully customized (final) bridge. This is what gives the final result that “natural” look.

Long Term Maintenance
For long term results, it’s recommended you get ongoing maintenance care and cleaning, helping to prevent any build-up of stains and tartar.
